How much is diagnostic visit?
Diagnostic visit is $75 and we waive it if you go with repair

Are you licensed and insured?
We have general liability insurance. Appliance repair service can’t be licensed in state Florida, but we have license to work with refrigerant gas.

Can you provide remote estimate?
If you have quote from different company, we can give you our price for the same repair with same parts. But we prefer to make diagnostic to make sure what parts needed.

Do you use original parts?
Yes, we have contracts with major parts suppliers in US and only use original parts.

Can you install my part?
Yes, but there’s no warranty for this type of job.

Do you provide warranty for your repair?
Yes, because we use original parts we provide same warranty as manufacturer do (1 year warranty for most of repairs).

Can I bring my appliance to your warehouse?
No, because we need to check your appliances in existing conditions.

If my house is outside of your service area but I would like only your company do repair?
You can call us and we will try to help you.

Do you have discounts?
Our prices are the lowest in the area, but for sure we can give discount for military and teachers.

What services do you provide?
