Problem Description:
A customer in Saint Johns contacted Gdoing after their Thermador oven started beeping and malfunctioning shortly after turning it on in the bake mode. The issue occurred 20-30 seconds after activation, and the oven stopped operating normally. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the user interface panel was faulty, with one of the sensor buttons shorted, causing the appliance to malfunction.
Solution:
Our technician promptly arrived at the customer’s home and diagnosed the problem. It was determined that the faulty user interface panel, which controls the oven’s settings, was the cause of the issue. The defective panel was replaced with a new one, restoring normal functionality to the oven.
