One Team, Seven Communities, Same Rules Everywhere

GDoing is a service-area business: instead of a storefront you visit, our technicians come to you. Home base is St. Augustine, and the routes fan out daily across Northeast Florida — north through St. Johns and Jacksonville, south along the coast to Palm Coast, east to Ponte Vedra and Nocatee, and west across the river to Green Cove Springs.

Wherever the truck stops, the terms are identical:

  • Same-day service in most areas — call before noon and we can usually reach you the same day.
  • $75 diagnostic, waived on approval — approve the quoted repair and the visit itself costs nothing extra.
  • 1-year warranty on parts and labor — the same coverage in every city we serve.
  • All major brands — from everyday Whirlpool and Samsung to premium Sub-Zero, Wolf and Thermador, plus True and Avantco commercial refrigeration.

Slightly Outside These Cities?

The map above shows our core coverage, not a hard wall. If you’re in a neighboring community — say, along the corridors between Jacksonville and St. Augustine or just south of Palm Coast — call 904-946-9057 with your ZIP code. If a technician can reach you within our normal routes, we’ll book you like any other neighbor.

City by City: What Makes Each One Different

Seven cities, one team, seven distinct personalities. Serving an area well means knowing more about it than its ZIP codes: what people cook on, where the machines live, what the local air and water do to them, and how a household actually schedules a repair. Here is what changes from driveway to driveway across our map, and where to read more about yours.

St. Augustine: Where Every Route Begins

Home base. The first appointments of most mornings start here, which makes appliance repair in St. Augustine the easiest square on our scheduling board. The work itself spans centuries: compact kitchens tucked into older cottages near the historic center, standard suburban layouts west of town, and a steady stream of vacation rentals whose appliances live a harder life in one busy season than most home machines see in years. Guests are tough on washers and ice makers, turnover days leave zero room for a dead refrigerator, and hosts here learn our number quickly. The oldest city also hides the smallest kitchens: alcoves measured for appliances two generations gone, which makes compact units and careful fitting part of the local job description.

St. Johns: The Youngest Machines on Our Routes

No part of our map has newer appliances than St. Johns. Kitchens in RiverTown, Beachwalk and Julington Creek Plantation are full of touch controls, moisture sensors, inverter compressors and app-connected everything, and that changes the repair work itself: fewer worn belts, more board-level and sensor faults that reward a technician who reads error codes instead of guessing at them. Summer thunderstorms are the stress test. When the lights flicker in a house this full of electronics, the appliances notice, and the calls that follow ask for a meter, not a wrench.

Jacksonville: Homes on One Side of the Day, Businesses on the Other

Duval days are double-booked in the pleasant sense: family kitchens share the schedule with the cafes, delis and shops that keep our True and Avantco commercial refrigeration work busy. A single morning might mean a washer in Murray Hill, a reach-in cooler behind a San Marco counter, and a wall oven in Ortega before the afternoon begins. If you run a business, our Jacksonville page explains how commercial calls fold into the day; if you run a household, the same page covers the residential side of the city we cross most often.

Palm Coast: Canals, Salt and the Second Freezer

The southern end of our map has its own chemistry. Along the saltwater canals of Palm Harbor and out through Indian Trails, Pine Lakes and Seminole Woods, coastal moisture works patiently on hinges, condenser fins and electrical contacts, while an unusual share of homes keeps a second refrigerator or a chest freezer in the garage, where summer makes every compressor earn its living. Palm Coast repair visits turn into two-appliance stops more often than anywhere else we go, and we plan the schedule around exactly that.

Ponte Vedra: Gatehouses and Part-Time Kitchens

Service in Ponte Vedra is as much coordination as repair: gated entries in Sawgrass and Marsh Landing, arrival times synced with the gatehouse, and a surprising number of homes that sit quiet for part of the year. Appliances dislike idleness almost as much as abuse. Ice makers left running unattended, water lines going stale, and door gaskets drying out in an empty house are the signature faults of a second home, and we schedule those visits around owners’ travel calendars, not the other way around.

Nocatee: Full Households Running at Full Load

Few places work their appliances harder than Nocatee. In Crosswater, Greenleaf Village and Austin Park, the washer rarely gets a day off, the dishwasher runs nightly, and refrigerator doors swing open hundreds of times between breakfast and bedtime, so machines age faster than the calendar suggests. Del Webb keeps a calmer rhythm on the same map. Scheduling here bends around school runs and nap times more than anywhere else we serve, and nobody ever has to apologize for that; we would rather arrive at the hour that suits the house.

Green Cove Springs: Where Things Get Fixed, Not Tossed

Clay county leans repair-first, and we like it that way. From Magnolia Point out to Lake Asbury and the historic blocks by the spring, Green Cove Springs households keep ranges, washers and freezers in service far longer than the newer suburbs do, which tilts the work toward honest mechanical repairs: timers, elements, seals, belts and motors. Machines of that generation were built to be opened and fixed, parts remain available for most of them, and returning one to duty is some of the most satisfying work on the schedule.

How Routes Actually Run

The day is built fresh each morning. Phone calls and overnight form requests land in one queue, and jobs are grouped so a technician works one side of the map at a time instead of burning the afternoon on highway miles. That grouping is why calling earlier in the day improves your odds of a same-day slot, and why the typical response stays under 4 hours across most of our area.

Distance is planned for, never apologized for. Palm Coast and Green Cove Springs sit at opposite corners of the territory, so they anchor different runs on different parts of the day; the van heading your way is loaded against the brands already booked on that run, which is how most repairs finish in a single trip. When a job does need an ordered part, the follow-up visit is scheduled before the technician leaves your kitchen, not left floating. The system runs six days a week, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (closed Sundays).

One more thing about the map: its size is deliberate. We could paint a wider circle and chase calls across three more counties; plenty of outfits do exactly that. Keeping the territory to these seven communities is what keeps same-day honest, keeps the vans stocked for the homes they actually visit, and keeps the 1-year warranty a short drive away rather than a promise shouted from across the state.

Does it matter which city I mention when I book?

It helps more than you might expect. Your city and ZIP decide which run your job joins, and a well-placed job usually gets an earlier window. The team, the process and the terms never change between cities; only the driving does. Book by phone at 904-946-9057 or through the request form, and include your neighborhood if you know it.
